From complex projects to personal leadership.
RMS Construction Group, Inc. was founded by Rudi Suminski, a construction and real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in residential remodeling, renovation, development, and construction management.
Before starting RMS Construction Group, Rudi owned and operated construction and development businesses, working on projects that ranged from residential remodels, renovations, and custom homes to commercial construction and development projects. Over the years, that experience helped shape the way he approaches each job: plan well, communicate clearly, stay organized, and take pride in the details.
Now based in Hermosa Beach, Rudi works with homeowners throughout the South Bay to create remodels, renovations, and additions that feel thoughtful, functional, and built to last. Through RMS Construction Group, his goal is to make the construction process clear and well-managed while delivering quality work that fits the way each client lives.

An ongoing whole-home remodel refreshing the interior while working with the home’s established architectural character.
EXISTING CONDITIONS
The home features traditional interiors with dark hardwood flooring, classic millwork, and dated finishes, providing a strong foundation for a complete renovation.
TRANSFORMATION
A complete transformation featuring an all-new kitchen and primary suite, complemented by brighter finishes, improved flow, and a refined, timeless aesthetic throughout.

Construction is underway throughout the home, with the new kitchen and primary suite taking shape alongside updated interior finishes, cabinetry and details.

Hermosa Beach
A dated, compartmentalized interior was transformed into a bright and cohesive living environment.
EXISTING CONDITIONS
TRANSFORMATION
RESULT
The existing home contained dark cabinetry, older appliances, tile flooring, and limited visual connection between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces.
The refreshed kitchen combines white cabinetry, light stone surfaces, brass hardware, updated appliances, and a peninsula for added workspace. Continuous wood flooring and simplified finishes connect the surrounding rooms.
The completed home feels open and visually consistent, with warm wood, clean white surfaces, custom storage, and contemporary details throughout.
New Construction

Playa Del Ray
A complete home transformation, rebuilt from the ground up for modern living.
EXISTING CONDITIONS
The existing home was largely demolished, retaining only minor portions of the original structure. The original layout and finishes no longer supported the vision for the home.
TRANSFORMATION
The residence was extensively rebuilt and reimagined with a new layout, an all-new kitchen, expanded living areas, and elevated finishes throughout. Large openings and architectural details create a stronger connection between the interior and outdoors.
RESULT
A bright, open, and sophisticated home with a warm modern aesthetic. The finished spaces feel expansive and cohesive, with seamless indoor-outdoor living designed for everyday comfort and entertaining.

Manhattan Beach
A main living area renovation created a brighter, more connected, and functional home.
EXISTING CONDITIONS

RESULT
The kitchen, living room, and dining areas felt dated and visually disconnected, with limited flow between the spaces.
The connected areas were refreshed with lighter finishes, improved lighting, and an updated kitchen with white cabinetry and a larger island.
The completed renovation feels brighter, more open, and better connected for everyday living and entertaining.

As CEO of Triad Pacific Construction, Rudi brings more than 10 years of specialized experience in residential remodeling, renovations, fire/water damage reconstruction, and custom homebuilding.
2013-2018
American Technologies Inc.
As Director of Consulting at ATI, Rudi oversees a wide range of projects, including custom homes, multifamily communities, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.
2007-2009
Touchmark
Managing construction across multiple communities throughout the Western U.S. strengthened his expertise in production housing and custom homes, with an emphasis on thoughtful design, quality, and each homeowner’s individual needs.
